SHOP POLICIES

Below I have listed my shop policies in hope of making your shopping experience as straight forward as possible. Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions you may have. 
 

1:ORDERS

Paypal:

I accept payment through Paypal. If you are unfamiliar with PayPal, please note that you do not need an account in order to make a purchase. 2:SHIPPING

Secured shipping:

All items are shipped via signed-for International Priority mail with (limited) tracking. Some countries, like Canada, do not offer the tracking service anymore. Please ask your local Post Office for more information.

 

Packaging:

Due to shipping cost restrictions most items will ship in a small post envelope.

 

Shipping address:

Please make sure your address is correct. If you would like it sent to a different address than what is in your payment details, please include it with your purchase order along with a note! I am not responsible for packages sent to outdated or incorrect addresses.

 

Shipping times:

Unless an item is made to order, please allow 3-7 workdays to ship from the time payment is received. You will receive a message with your tracking number when your order will be shipped.

 

Europe packages usually take 1-2 weeks to deliver.

International packages usually take 2-4 weeks to deliver.

Might take up to 2 months if the destination is in a remote location or there are special circumstances, like a holiday period, extreme weather conditions, war or restrictions due to a pandemic.

 

Note to international buyers: You are responsible for any final customs fees, taxes, etc. incurred even though I take precautions (like using regular post) to avoid any extra fees for you.

3:RETURNS

Refunds:

If your item has been damaged during transport or if you are unhappy with your product, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your shipment. I will refund you the full price of the piece as soon as I have received it, however you will have to pay for the return shipping (or the cost of shipping back to the customer if its repair/vial replacement or exchange for a different size). After 7 days of receipt, all sales are considered final. 

Please be aware that the item must be repackaged in the same way that it arrived and returned one week after you have received it (date as confirmed by postmark). 

Rings will not be refundable due to sizing mistakes (that is why I include detailed measurements in my listings).

4:TIPS

Tips for Care of your 3d printed stainless steel object:

 

3d printed stainless steel is very tough so be rest assured that your tritium vials are safe within its enclosures. That said, this type of metal is very sensitive to moisture and as such, you must avoid all and any contact with water or moist surfaces. If your purchased item is fully enclosed in resin it will be far more resilient, yet I would still urge for caution. If you notice rust accumulation, you can scrub it off with the help of an anti-rust product (like WD-40). In the worst of of cases, use sandpaper to remove. If the resin itself becomes opaque or scratched because of improper use, you can rub it gently with acetone to repair its surface and make it smooth and clear again.
