This is a solid 925 Sterling silver, 3d printed, tritium ring with one already inserted tritium vial (green or ice-blue / 2mm x 6mm).
To ensure maximum protection, the tritium vial is encapsulated in resin and is non-removable.

The Tritium vials used are light sources of gaseous tritium isotope, hermetically sealed in glass.
